Japadi: Hoss, you should be contracting your whole core. You're not supposed to be contracting your abs like you would while doing a crunch. You should be contracting your deep ab muscles. Imagine turning your core into a tree trunk. Apr 5, 2014 9:50:57 GMT

hoss91: Hey guys. Whenever I squat, my right quad hurts 2 inches above the knee. Even when I do just air squats it aggravates it. I drive through my heels, and my shins do not come forward that much, if at all. Any suggestions? I'll have some videos in 2 weeks. Apr 11, 2014 0:02:35 GMT

Soc: Impossible to disgnose over the internet. Just start stretching your quads daily, 3-4 times even, and if it persists, look into a cheap knee sleeve. Apr 11, 2014 14:06:09 GMT
